YJM Games Forum Rules
1. Purpose
First of all, thank you for visiting YJM Games mobile game service community. This forum is created for users who use the service of YJM games. Here, users can gather and discuss about Capsule Football Manager 2016 (YJM Games). We also listen to opinions and other complaints as well and with all the feedback that we’ve received, we will try to resolve all the issues as quickly as possible.
Below we have the detailed rules and regulations for users using our forum. We hope you enjoy this forum as much as we prepared it for you! THANK YOU!
2. Members Duties and Roles
Member must comply with the rules below and if you violate one or more of issues below, YJM games will have the right to ask for any responsibilities.
(1) Member must be aware of The Policies of YJM Games (Terms of Use and Privacy Policy).
(2) Member should not false their information.
(3) Member should not share, sell, or transfer forum security account to any other members to avoid hacking and other issues.
(4) Member should not copy, clone, modify, translate, publish, broadcast any related game contents from this forum, without any credits.

(6) Member is not allowed to use YJM games contents for commercial purposes, without company’s permission.
(7) Member should respect the rights of other copyrights or third parties. Member who posts inappropriate things on this forum will be deleted.

3. Staff Duties and Roles
(1) Staffs have the right to give any sanctions to members who violations our regulations.
(2) Staffs role is neutral. Staffs do not interfere with arguments between members and members.
(3) If the abnormal or unintended issues occurred internally or externally, staffs may restrict some or all service.
(4) If staffs received an opinion about the bugs and errors, staffs are obliged to promptly solve the issues.
4. Forum Rules
(1) Forum Accounts
When choosing a name for forum account, do not use any sexual language (whether it is abbreviations or any other form of sexual language), discriminatory and other bypasses that impersonating YJM Games/ YJM Games employees.
(2) Posting
When posting on this forum, please remind that any illegal activities (drugs, pirating, crimes), rudeness, insulting posts, personal attacks, harassment, flaming, spam and purposeless posts are strictly prohibited.
(3) Advertisements
Advertising referral websites, phishing websites, or other malicious links is strictly prohibited. This also includes threads that contain links to non-YJM Games. Any players found posting these types of threads will be banned from the forums.
(4) Groups
Any groups created within YJM games forums must be pertaining to YJM games titles. Any created groups found to be related to any other subjects will be deleted and the creator of said groups could face actions taken against their YJM games forum account. No Posting of Unapproved/Unannounced Content Players found to be posting unapproved, unannounced, or unofficial content based on speculation is subject to deletion, or temporary account suspension. Action taken is based on severity of infraction. This includes speculated future content notes taken from any other site that isn't YJM games unannounced coupon codes, or third party fan sites that may feature potentially leaked content.
(5) Suggestion
- Check to see if your suggestion has already been made, and if so, chime in with your idea.
- Make sure your topic is an actual suggestion, and not a rant or support issue.
- Please cooperate with our forum moderators' work so that the issue could be solved as soon as possible.
(6) Tech Issues & Bugs
- All posts requesting support must include player's ID, platform, and screenshot(s).
- For payment issue such as failure in recharge, player needs to provide screenshot of transaction ID and payment method that's being used along with date time of player's recharge.
- For in game event reward issue, player needs to provide screenshot proving they are qualified for the event reward.
- For in game bug and glitch, player needs to provide screenshot or details explaining player's in game experience about the bug. If the bug has been posted before by other player, player doesn’t need to post about it again.
- Players who experience other issues that aren't stated above need to provide other details about the issue if mods find it necessary.
